We are a technological group able to market final products according to the requirements of our customers.
We have the latest SW for design and construction. For product inspection, we own 3D measuring equipment, a chemical laboratory for testing and simulating various environments. Robotic welding
and firing workplaces supplemented by multi-axis CNC machining centers including a paint shop and other surface modifications enable the production of a wide range of products. We are authors of several patents, utility models and owners of certificates.

Production and sale of semi-finished products and structural plastics from aPA 6, POM,PET,PTFE,PC and other existing thermoplastics (plates, pipes, rods) used primarily for further processing. Casting of these materials into molds or machining on state-of-the-art CNC machines according to specific customer requirements.

PUR foams (cold soft, integral) = headrests, armrest padding, seats, gear lever handles, prosthetic replacements and many other products

PUR Elastomers (Vulkollan) = highly wear-resistant material for travel wheels, flexible couplings, snow plow blades.

ROVASCO – specially developed material for sewage systems such as channel manhole covers, grates, dampers, seals... the only all-plastic grate with a load capacity of 40 tons on the market.

CARBON DESIGN
TECHNICAL PARTS FOR ULTRALIGHT AIRCRAFT
In the 100% subsidiary company Carbon DESIGN, we produce technical parts from carbon fibers, composite materials and in the Flyingmachine division ultralight aircraft brand VAMPIR.
In our own development and design department, we work with state-of-the-art design software:SOLID WORKS 2017, SOLID CAM, INVENTOR.
We have own chemical laboratory and MITUTOYO 3D measuring machines.
